NOVA is the three-phase Stand Alone UPS available in sizes from 10 to 40 kVA, all with Power Factor 1, which stands out for its intelligent architecture.
Thanks to a design studied in detail, this uninterruptible power supply is in fact the ideal solution for all those looking for high autonomy and maximum reliability, but not only.
Discover the main strengths of the innovative GTEC NOVA system below.

Intelligent ventilation
NOVA has an advanced ventilation system designed specifically to protect electronic boards from dust and other pollutants. The strategically positioned fans direct the air flow to the heatsinks through the conveyors and not on the electronic boards, thus increasing the durability and reliability of the internal components.
All NOVA electronic boards are also tropicalised and vertically oriented, which further reduces the settling of dust on the circuits during operation.

Maximum autonomy
Particular attention was paid to the design of the battery compartment of the NOVA series. The cabinet can accommodate up to 3 strings of internal batteries in the 10, 15 and 20 kVA version and up to 4 strings in the 30 and 40 kVA version.
This is certainly an advantage for all those who wish to achieve great autonomy without resorting to the use of external battery cabinets.
The battery compartment is also characterised by a completely hot swap design and directly accessible on the front side of the UPS, so as to make replacement or maintenance operations even faster and safer.
In the same way it is possible to transport the UPS without batteries and assemble them later, making transport and installation even easier.

Safety and isolation
Safety is one of NOVA’s main strengths. The electronic components are in fact suitably separated from the batteries by means of a metal wall that guarantees maximum insulation between the two sections. This element is not the only one to improve the overall safety of the system, even the battery drawers are in fact equipped with additional polyurethane protections in order to protect the batteries from possible acid leaks.

Ease of maintenance
NOVA’s architecture has also been designed to optimise maintenance operations, minimising intervention times. Front access to the batteries and the possibility of pre-assembling the kits at the factory simplify replacement and maintenance operations. This design allows quick and safe interventions, minimising downtime and consequently inconvenience for the end user.
In summary, NOVA represents a reliable and cutting-edge solution that can be installed even in the most critical environments. The combination of a solid architecture, an intelligent ventilation system, large ranges and a design oriented towards safety and ease of maintenance, makes NOVA an excellent choice for those looking for a high-end three-phase UPS.
