Technical training courses are back in GTEC!

Our company has always invested big resources and strongly trusted in trainings, not only for internal staff but also for all our dealers and partners who represent GTEC all around the world.

 

We spent three special days (8th – 10th June) for our partners’ service technicians training, with the main goal to provide them specific information about features and operation of all new GTEC models, as well as for all our UPS range.

 

These training days ensure that technicians are able to make any kind of operation, like installation, first commissioning, PCB replacement or troubleshooting, for any type of UPS.

Technical courses are held every day by different GTEC staff members, each with specific vertical skills, so to ensure the highest level of detail for any type of machine, from the smallest single-phase UPS up to the most sophisticated and technological three-phase systems.

Lessons take place mostly “on the field”, with main focus set on practical application: UPS installation simulations, settings management, board replacement and troubleshooting.

 

Dialogue and information exchange are essential parts of the courses: the feedback and questions by participants represent for us a precious sharing moment. Through listening we can indeed be updated about customers’ needs and at the same time we can understand the way to improve the product development and the services offer.
