In GTEC we are always looking for continuous improvement and we pay the maximum attention to quality issues. For this reason, since 2009 we undertaken a process to certify the quality management system with ISO 9001 standard.
This rule represents the most widely Quality Management Systems (QMS) standard, but it’s also an important tool to support the companies achieving their goals and making the best use of available resources.
The ISO 9001-2015 certification is in fact an opportunity we seized in order to:
• Improve the internal process effectiveness
• Reduce waste and inefficiencies
• Guarantee our products and services quality
• Increase the customer satisfaction
• Create a corporate culture based on continuous improvement.
The achievement of these goals is submitted to periodic checks, and last February 14th, after specific audit, the SGS inspection authority declared once again GTEC compliant with ISO 9001 – 2015 requirements and it renewed the certificate for other three years.
We are very proud about this achievement, but we won’t stop here!
We will continue to work with precision, diligence, dedication and transparency, with the only goal to offer higher quality products and services to our customers.
