GTEC training time

In our company we strongly believe in training, for this reason we regularly schedule classroom courses dedicated to technical service staff.

Our purpose is to make our dealers completely able and independent on installation, start-up and problem-solving for all GTEC UPS range.

Even this year we hosted some of our Italian and European partners, to teach them about general and specific functions of UPS systems, in particular focusing on our latest GTEC UPS ranges as NOVA, MATRIX, SHIELD, SHIELD CPS e DISCOVERY.

During our courses we go beyond theory training.

Thanks to our showroom that hosts all UPSs covered by the course, we can give and assist technicians on a practical training, helping them on everyday maintenance and assistance operations performed on our machines.

Our courses are not standardized: we like to dedicate the necessary time to clear any doubts and enquires that come along in order to fully form technicians that independently operate all around the world.

At the same time we collect precious suggestions that always help us to improve GTEC offer and service and, at the same time, we clear step by step any kind of doubt by our participants.

GTEC team strongly believes that training courses are a unique opportunity to bond partnerships already established over the years, sharing experiences and problems solving, helping to better understand the final users’ needs, a true cooperation for everybody’s development and growth.
