background_layout=&#8221;light&#8221; text_orientation=&#8221;left&#8221; use_border_color=&#8221;off&#8221; border_color=&#8221;#ffffff&#8221; border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>On entend par <strong>alimentation de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong>, un syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectrique visant \u00e0 garantir l\u2019alimentation \u00e9lectrique des appareils utilisateurs ou des parties de syst\u00e8mes n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des personnes.<\/p>\n<p>Ces syst\u00e8mes comprennent \u00e9galement des <strong>syst\u00e8mes d\u2019\u00e9clairage de secours<\/strong> qui, destin\u00e9s \u00e0 fonctionner en l\u2019absence d\u2019\u00e9clairage ordinaire, assurent la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019abandonner des b\u00e2timents ou des lieux \u00e0 risques en suivant les signal\u00e9tiques appropri\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le fonctionnement de ces syst\u00e8mes doit \u00eatre garanti quelle que soit la pr\u00e9sence ou l\u2019absence d\u2019un r\u00e9seau, les r\u00e8gles de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pr\u00e9voient en effet que les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019alimentation de secours peuvent \u00eatre divis\u00e9s en deux macro-cat\u00e9gories : <em>syst\u00e8mes centralis\u00e9s et syst\u00e8mes distribu\u00e9s.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019alimentation de secours centralis\u00e9s alimentent tous les utilisateurs d\u2019un syst\u00e8me \u00e0 partir d\u2019un seul point \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un onduleur en configuration CPSS.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un <span style=\"color: #2ad2c9;\">CPSS (<em>Central Power Supply System = Syst\u00e8me d\u2019Alimentation \u00c9lectrique Centralis\u00e9<\/em>)<\/span> ou onduleur de secours est un Syst\u00e8me d\u2019alimentation centralis\u00e9, un groupe d\u2019alimentation sans interruption \u00e0 onduleur aux caract\u00e9ristiques pr\u00e9cises utilis\u00e9 pour alimenter les <span style=\"color: #2ad2c9;\">syst\u00e8mes de secours<\/span> et en particulier l\u2019\u00e9clairage de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des b\u00e2timents.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>APPLICATIONS D\u2019UN SYST\u00c8ME CPSS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row admin_label=&#8221;Row&#8221; background_layout=&#8221;light&#8221; text_orientation=&#8221;left&#8221; use_border_color=&#8221;off&#8221; border_color=&#8221;#ffffff&#8221; border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;||0px|10px&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019alimentation de secours peut cependant \u00eatre pr\u00e9vue pour d\u2019<strong>autres \u00e9quipements de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong>, tels que :<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>syst\u00e8mes automatiques de d\u00e9tection d\u2019alarme et d\u2019extinction d\u2019incendie<\/li>\n<li>syst\u00e8mes de radiomessagerie et d\u2019appel<\/li>\n<li>ascenseurs con\u00e7us pour fonctionner en cas d\u2019incendie<\/li>\n<li>syst\u00e8mes de ventilation par extraction<\/li>\n<li>syst\u00e8mes de signalisation de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de monoxyde de carbone<\/li>\n<li>divers appareils \u00e9lectro-m\u00e9dicaux<\/li>\n<li>syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour des b\u00e2timents particuliers, par exemple dans les zones \u00e0 haut risque, rideaux de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row admin_label=&#8221;Row&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243;][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;Text&#8221; background_layout=&#8221;light&#8221; text_orientation=&#8221;left&#8221; use_border_color=&#8221;off&#8221; border_color=&#8221;#ffffff&#8221; border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Un onduleur de secours destin\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019urgence doit \u00eatre conforme aux exigences de la norme de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence europ\u00e9enne <strong>CEI\/EN 50171 \u2013 Syst\u00e8mes centralis\u00e9s d\u2019alimentation des services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong>, en compl\u00e9ment des exigences de la norme <strong>IEC EN 62040-3 Syst\u00e8mes statiques de continuit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>LA L\u00c9GISLATION CEI\/EN 50171<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La norme CEI\/EN 50171 \u00e9tablit les <strong>caract\u00e9ristiques et les performances<\/strong> qu\u2019un onduleur centralis\u00e9 doit avoir pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme source d\u2019alimentation pour syst\u00e8mes d\u2019\u00e9clairage d\u2019urgence.<\/p>\n<p>Selon la l\u00e9gislation, un <strong>onduleur CPSS<\/strong> doit r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des <strong>exigences<\/strong> sp\u00e9cifiques :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme EN 1838, le CPSS doit pouvoir <strong>alimenter 120% de la charge prescrite<\/strong>, au moins pendant la dur\u00e9e de l\u2019autonomie attendue (dur\u00e9e nominale) et pouvoir d\u00e9marrer une charge, pr\u00e9alablement \u00e9teinte, avec un temps de r\u00e9ponse de 0,5 seconde.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019onduleur doit \u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9 contre l\u2019<strong>inversion de polarit\u00e9 de la batterie.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>L\u2019entr\u00e9e principale ainsi que la ligne de secours doivent \u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9es par des<\/li>\n<li>Le CPSS <strong>ne doit pas \u00eatre compos\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de composants inflammables.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Suite \u00e0 une d\u00e9charge de toute l\u2019autonomie pr\u00e9vue, le CPSS doit pouvoir recharger ses batteries afin de <strong>fournir au moins 80% de l\u2019autonomie d\u2019origine dans les 12h<\/strong> suivant le d\u00e9but de la charge.<\/li>\n<li>Les batteries install\u00e9es dans un onduleur CPSS doivent \u00eatre de type <strong>\u00e0 longue dur\u00e9e<\/strong>, la dur\u00e9e de vie pr\u00e9vue d\u00e9clar\u00e9e par le fabricant ne doit pas \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 10 ans et le dimensionnement doit pr\u00e9voir <strong>une autonomie du projet en fin de vie de 25 %.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la <strong>norme EN 50272-2<\/strong>, les batteries doivent \u00eatre install\u00e9es dans des <strong>locaux dont la temp\u00e9rature est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 25\u00b0C<\/strong>, un dispositif de <strong>test automatique et manuel<\/strong> doit \u00e9galement \u00eatre pr\u00e9vu pour le contr\u00f4le cyclique de l\u2019\u00e9tat des batteries.<\/li>\n<li>Le CPS doit adopter un <strong>syst\u00e8me de protection de la batterie contre la d\u00e9charge compl\u00e8te<\/strong>, un \u00e9v\u00e9nement qui conduirait \u00e0 ses dommages irr\u00e9parables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La norme EN 50171, afin de garantir la faisabilit\u00e9 des contr\u00f4les requis par la loi, pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement que les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019alimentation \u00e9lectrique centralis\u00e9e de secours et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 soient \u00e9quip\u00e9s de <strong>dispositifs de v\u00e9rification et de mesure fonctionnels.<\/strong>\u00a0 La norme exige \u00e9galement la pr\u00e9sence de signaux via des contacts libres de potentiel relatifs au fonctionnement \u00e0 partir de batterie, \u00e0 la condition de pr\u00e9-alarme de fin d\u2019autonomie et \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence de conditions d\u2019alarme g\u00e9n\u00e9riques accompagn\u00e9es \u00e9galement d\u2019un avertissement sonore.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, de par sa fonction particuli\u00e8re, n\u00e9cessite donc un choix ad\u00e9quat du syst\u00e8me CPSS \u00e0 utiliser conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation europ\u00e9enne en vigueur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section admin_label=&#8221;Section&#8221;
