In October, we proudly celebrated our 20th year of business<\/strong>, and we wanted to create something truly unique for the occasion.<\/p>\n We organized a two-day event in a beautiful location on Lake Garda to celebrate this important milestone with some of our most trusted partners.<\/p>\n It\u2019s hard to put into words how meaningful this gathering was for our business, but we\u2019ll do our best to share the experience with you in this article.<\/p>\n Bringing many of our partners together from various countries around the world in one place wasn\u2019t easy, making it a truly unique opportunity to strengthen the bonds we’ve built over these 20 years. We are deeply grateful to everyone who attended our event, understanding that it wasn\u2019t easy for some to join us and devote their time.<\/p>\n We kicked off our business meeting<\/strong> with a photograph that took us back to 2004, where it all began. The words of our first employee, still with us today, made this flashback to the past<\/strong> genuinely moving. This event was aptly named \u201c20 Years Together\u201d because we reached this milestone with the continued support of our partners.<\/p>\n We organized a focus group<\/strong> to gather valuable feedback on a crucial area for us: our service. Supporting our partners throughout the entire sales cycle has always been essential to us, so we asked targeted questions to understand how we can make our service even more effective and helpful. The insights we gained were truly inspiring and will lead to interesting changes in our work. We showcased some of the existing products in our range that continue to offer reliable solutions and previewed new UPS systems we\u2019ll be introducing in the coming months.<\/p>\n We also took the time during this second day to conduct another focus group exploring emerging market trends and our partners’ future expectations.<\/p>\n Finally, we wrapped up the business meeting with an overview from our General Manager on GTEC\u2019s future<\/strong> in terms of areas for improvement, new investments, and technologies.<\/p>\n To conclude our event in style, we set sail from the port of Lazise to the picturesque town of Sirmione, alternating between training sessions and moments of relaxation, like the final dinner with the entire GTEC team.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image admin_label=”Image” src=”https:\/\/gtec-power.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Boat-tour.jpg” show_in_lightbox=”off” url_new_window=”off” use_overlay=”off” animation=”off” sticky=”off” align=”center” force_fullwidth=”off” always_center_on_mobile=”on” use_border_color=”off” border_color=”#ffffff” border_style=”solid”]<\/p>\n <\/p>\n [\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text admin_label=”Text” background_layout=”light” text_orientation=”left” use_border_color=”off” border_color=”#ffffff” border_style=”solid” custom_margin=”||60px|”]<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Over these days, there was no shortage of laughter, fun, and a desire to get to know each other better and continue growing together.<\/p>\n Perhaps these are the very ingredients that made this event unforgettable.<\/p>\n
